RateEstate app for iPhone and iPad

RateEstate is a property evaluation App, intended for clients (and their realtors) as they search for a new home. RateEstate is integrated with PillarNine, providing a seamless experience for clients to track, evaluate, and prioritize all properties they view during their search. Using the app, clients and realtors can input ratings, notes and personal photos to enhance their ability to recall and evaluate these homes. Realtors will have access to their clients’ home evaluations, allowing them to clarify and bring focus to their searches, ensuring their clients are seeing the homes that are making the most impact. Clients will also be able to view the home evaluations of others involved in their search, ensuring the whole family is on the same page. These tools will enhance communication between realtors and their clients, leading to improved decisiveness that will drive a more pleasant and streamlined home buying experience.
